Charis Support Services is looking to fill a Respite position for Direct Support Professional

David has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Severe Intellectual Disabilities. David is outgoing and enjoys being around others. Staff will assist with looking into and planning outings that are based around the things that David loves and enjoys. Staff will support while on the outings to ensure that he is safe.

Requirements:

• must be dependable
• must be comfortable with toileting and personal hygiene
• must be comfortable with preparing /serving meals
• CPR and First aid certification is required but Charis can provide the training
