DYNAMIK SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in New Hope, MN. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks

Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately

Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and errands

Administer medications and monitor health conditions per established protocols

Foster independence and skill-building through positive reinforcement and person-centered care

Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and team-oriented demeanor

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights
