About the Role:

LovingHearts HomeCare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Provider to join our caring team in Springdale, OH. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with disabilities or special needs

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support individuals in community integration, social activities, and skill-building

Administer or assist with medications as directed and per care plan guidelines

Document and maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and incident reports

Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members

Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related healthcare field preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate demeanor

Ability to follow individualized care plans and work independently

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
