    The Client Services Assistant is a crucial support piece for the agency's interaction with clients. They will effectively anticipate areas of client concern and provide the necessary tools, data, and analysis to the Client Service Executives for presentation to the client. They will be responsible for the fastidious maintenance and dissemination of scheduled reports for the agency's clients, featuring consistent follow-up with the appropriate employees to obtain the data necessary to generate these reports. They are expected to know the KPIs and media performance metrics for each client inside and out. The Client Services Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining an open and clear line of communication between all departments to facilitate the seamless implementation of all campaign logistics. They are expected to take detailed notes at all times for reference by both the Client Services team and upper leadership. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide continuous support for Client Service Executives. - Maintain daily checklist of reports for each individual client. - Retrieve pre- and post-logs daily. - Project airing details for following week. - Generate competitive insights into the marketplace. - Take detailed notes during client and budget meetings. - Ensure media clearance accuracy for clients. - Monitor and communicate trends in data to client, including any discrepancies. - Maintain intimate knowledge of campaigns and KPIs for each client. - Perform weekly analysis of accounts upon post/resource completion. FUNCTIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Follow up when appropriate with Operations for data analysis for clients. - Follow up when appropriate with Media for logs for clients. - Understand clients, their current media, status, and results to assist other departments. - Convey meeting notes to Management when requested. - Serve as the information liaison between clients and the Media and Operations departments. - Collaborate with Client Service Executives and Media Buyers on specifics of weekly analysis and prepare media recommendations to generate agreed upon media plans. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE - Bachelors Degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, statistics, mathematics, or psychology. - 2+ years of workforce experience. FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Specifically Pivot Tables - Proficient with visualization tools (Tableau) - Proficient with media management software (CoreMedia) - Proficient with media verification software (DRMetrix) - Knowledge of audience measurement systems (Nielsen, comScore) - Understanding of customer research tools (GfK MRI) - Experience with Kantar Strategy - Understanding of television ecosystem (major media players in broadcast, cable, satellite, syndication, and advanced television) - Understanding of industry-relevant business metrics (MER, ROI, ROAS) COMPETENCIES - Expert written and verbal communicator - Exceptional emotional intelligence - Detail-oriented - Self-motivated - Eager learner - Able to prioritize, comprehend, and execute tasks efficiently and accurately - Able to maintain composure in high-pressure environment - Strong organizational skills - Team-oriented TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS - This position does not require travel
