    DirectedLINK is looking for a Desktop Support Service Specialist to provide industry-leading support to all 10 office locations around Los Angeles. The candidate will work closely with all of the management to ensure our technology team is able to support the needs of the department.  This includes everything from the laptops we use to the support of the physical office networks, Inventory. Desktop support, and troubleshooting.   This is a contract position paying $23-$26 per hour.   

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the computer deployment teams to ensure computers fulfillment request are process 
    • Provide desktop and application support to employees as needed.
    • Support and maintain all employee-related inventory IT services and equipment.
    • Support desktop configuration and system access as needed.
    • Work with Compliance/Security to secure laptops and office networks.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 3+ years in a Helpdesk environment
    • Experience coordinating computer deployment. 
    • Experience coordinating and maintaining hardware such as video cameras, microphones, laptops, and audio
    • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills
    • Positive demeanor and a committed teammate
    • Willing and eager to learn coding skills
