Pay Range  $25-$28 per hour plus benefits

The Contract Analyst will be an integral part of the Contracts Team. This position will assist with the management team of all contracts, providing support with reports, analysts and special projects as needed. This position will prepare analysis for existing and new contracts to streamline contract negotiations for management. This position will review of the contracts to ensure that the reimbursement rates are correct, company is complying with terms, and ensure each contract is manage/executing correctly per agreement. Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners, members, and external clients about contractual issues. Assist external and internal customers by addressing contract needs or concerns. Work closely with the agents and program managers to ensure that our contracts are setup correctly. Maintain contract management tools and communicate results effectively to program areas to improve practice management. Complete tasks and assignments by scheduled due dates; allocates to various tools and assignments in accordance with priorities; notify supervisor when problems occur. Experience with Government contracts and/or Unions is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with three (3) years relevant experience OR High school diploma with seven (7) years experience in healthcare management, business management , practice management, contracts/compliance management or other related management fields
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills and skillful management of internal/external customers
• Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
• Must be extremely detail oriented with high level of accuracy
• Ability to problem solve and advocate for change as needed.
