Major Entertainment Studio is seeking to hire an experienced accountant. The accountant must have SAP experience and be able to work full time.   

Duties:

• Update vendor information as needed (banking, tax, etc)
• Track vendor status / ensure timely follow up on payment issues
• Ensure monthly payment of vendor invoices
• Coding invoices to appropriate budgets, cost centers, accounts
• Prepare payment request forms
• Prepare Ad hoc reports as needed
  

Skills:

• 2 year experience in a Billing/Accounting position (preferred, but not totally required, some familiarity at least)
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Great phone and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Experience in financial software (SAP a plus) and comfort adopting new software applications a plus
  

Education:

• 2 year experience in a Billing/Accounting position
• Bachelor’s degree required
