    We are looking for a Leave of Absent - Human Resource Specialist to join our team and implement various human resources employee programs. The right candidate will have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from employee resolution. family leave, employee benefits, and leave of absence. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law, and want to be part of a growing organization this is the place to be.

    Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.

    The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

    Responsibilities

    · AdministerEmployee Relations Calls

    · Conduct employee leave of absents, medical leaves, employee claims

    · Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and insurance compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

    · Promote HR programs to create an efficient and workplace

    · Responsible for managing employee relations, including a return to work, follow-ups.

    · Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies

    · Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

    Requirements

    · Proven experience as an HR Generalist with 3 plus years Leave of Absent experience

    · Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

    · Great knowledge of employment/labor laws

    · Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus

    · Excellent communication and people skills

    · Aptitude in problem-solving

    · Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

    Job Type: Full-time

    Annual Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
