    We are a national real estate company looking to hire a Director of Human Resources. We are seeking a director with a national or global HR company experience. This role will partner closely with executives, regional management, and employees on all things people-related such as employee relations, coaching, development, compensation, organizational development, and much more. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Human Resources. We are seeking a Director who is very hands-on and loves working with people. Only applicants from well-known companies will be considered.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic business partner in areas such as talent development, employee relations, change management, organizational design, performance management, compensation, etc.
    • Work with business groups to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
    • Provide objective and strategic input and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization related to policy interpretation and implementation, career development, and general management/employee relationship issues.
    • Coach managers on performance management, feedback, employee development, and career pathing.
    • Research, develop, write, and update policies, methods, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Work collaboratively as a member of the HR team and continually innovate by improving HR processes, existing programs, or introducing new initiatives.
    • Monitor the “pulse” of the organization, supporting employees and managers to enact changes to support the company culture.
    • Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering diversity, and inclusion.
    • Conduct or participate in special projects and other HR initiatives as needed to meet overall company and department strategic goals and initiatives.
    • Mentor and coach other members of our HR team.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have 7+ years of progressive, multidisciplinary HR experience
    • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Must have National HR experience
    • Experience partnering with department heads or senior leadership
    • Demonstrate solution-focused thinking, empathy, strong judgment, and decision making skills
    • Understand people dynamics, organizational strategy and talent processes
