Title: Coordinator/Analyst, Vendor Management & CSR

Pay: $34.00+ hour

We are currently seeking an exceptional Coordinator/Analyst (who loves data and the environment!) for our Global Vendor Management Office (VMO). This position reports to the Senior Director and is responsible for supporting the Global VMO and our U.S. business units with the operational aspects of vendor oversight and Global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting activities.

Job Functions:

Vendor Management

• Supports Director and Managers as needed, for example:
• Supports the monthly PO Compliance process and issues all reports to U.S. business units

Obtains spend data from SAP BW per given parameters, formats spreadsheets and performs data analysis on an as needed basis

Administrative Support

• Maintains & Distributes Department Project Plans using Monday.com
• Collects weekly staff meeting topics, prepares agendas, takes and distributes meeting minutes and follows-up on open items as needed
• Supports preparation for meetings: coordinating schedules and booking meetings, drafting of meeting materials including PowerPoint presentations, agendas, schedules
• Maintains shared file management integrity ensuring version control and naming conventions
• Is reliable as a second pair of eyes for editing of written reports and second checks on analytical data
• Ensures organizational integrity of the shared email inboxes is being followed

 

Social Responsibility

• Is passionate about the environment and sustainability issues!
• Supports US Green Team activities attending and contributing to idea generation and execution
• Supports reporting by creating Tableau or PowerPoint dashboards illustrative of the company’s GHG footprint by office, location, business unit, traveler, etc.
