We are seeking experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our corporate finance team.  These positions will work remotely until summer 2021.  The office is expected to operate at 80% capacity by summer.  We are seeing Accounts Payables with SAP experience who can process a high volume of transactions. 

Description

• Preparing check requests and wire transfers for processing by the Corporate AP team
• Assist in monthly bank draw preparation
• Review bank loan statements against accounting entries by Corporate finance team
• Assisting Finance team with ad hoc projects and workflow process improvements
• Maintain Division's Accounts Payable email address where all vendor invoices are received
• Act as the main point of contact for Division and vendor inquires on vendor payment status
• Coding of invoices to the appropriate project and budget codes
• Work with Corporate AP on entry adjustments to coding, payment to incorrect vendors, etc.

• 
  
• 1-2 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office ( Word and Excel )
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve problems without direct supervision
