We are seeking to hire a Help Desk Agent to support our annual inventory project and re-issue computer deployment. The Hep Desk pecialist will document existing and new computer equipment. We are seeking candidates who can work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Fridays.
- 1-3+ years’ experience doing laptop/desktop builds and refreshes 2+ years’ experience supporting the following applications and technologies preferred:
- Antivirus
- Microsoft Exchange/Outlook: Creating rules
- Microsoft Excel: understanding Macros and formulas
- Internet Explorer, Chrome, HTML, Win install, internet/intranet support issues
- Help Desk Incident Management Software
- Remote control tools
- Good working knowledge of the Windows OS and Desktop productivity tools such as MS Office required
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
Other Responsibilities:
- Ability to utilize smartphones to update AIMS and complete assignments.
- Follow all department and company policies and procedures.
- Strive to exceed client needs.
