  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking to hire an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to support our annual inventory project and re-issue computer deployment. The Help Desk Support Specialist will document existing and new computer equipment. We are seeking candidates who can work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Fridays.

    • 1-3+ years’ experience doing laptop/desktop builds and refreshes 2+ years’ experience supporting the following applications and technologies preferred:
    • Antivirus
    •  Microsoft Exchange/Outlook: Creating rules
    • Microsoft Excel: understanding Macros and formulas
    • Internet Explorer, Chrome, HTML, Win install, internet/intranet support issues
    • Help Desk Incident Management Software
    • Remote control tools
    • Good working knowledge of the Windows OS and Desktop productivity tools such as MS Office required
    • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Ability to utilize smartphones to update AIMS and complete assignments.
    • Follow all department and company policies and procedures.
    • Strive to exceed client needs.
