    The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with line management and HR professionals on a successful workforce planning strategy to ensure a full pipeline of qualified candidates who are interested in a long-term career with the company. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge/expertise with national corporate recruiting, understand compliance, and be able to recruit on a national level. . Only Applicants with 4 plus years of in-corporate recruiting experience will be interviewed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops, leads, and executes staffing and recruitment action plans that address critical business needs. Partners with local HR and RTM teams on market-specific staffing needs.
    • Assist line management with specific targeted sourcing methods including how to leverage social media, professional networking, advanced internet techniques, and networking with internal and external resources.
    • Represent the Company at the enterprise level to find talent pools and sourcing opportunities to attract talent to the Company.
    • Create job postings that are articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these ads on various online and offline resources. Manages the social media recruitment strategy.
    • Assists with job description research and development.
    • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process.
    • Coordinate participation in various job fairs and may be required to make presentations Develop/maintain contacts and act as liaison with schools, alumni groups, outreach organizations, and other groups as necessary to meet recruiting objectives; coordinate with external recruiters and outside employment agencies to attract and identify select candidates.
    • Recommend enterprise-wide improvements and solutions for the onboarding and orientation process with new employees, create periodic compliance and reconciliation reporting utilizing ATS/HRIS, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team regarding specific initiatives, programs, or enterprise-wide issues affecting our business.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field

    Must have 4 plus years of Corporate Recruiting
