We are currently seeking an AP Analyst in the Financial Operations group responsible for auditing Vendor Master Data, which includes reviewing required documentation for accuracy and communicating necessary changes to offshore, onshore teams and Vendors. In addition, this role will assist the Senior Director with data cleansing and ongoing departmental projects. The ideal candidate must have Accounts Payable experience with a keen eye for detail, ability to assert Company, Compliance Policy, answer high volume of email and communicate tactfully and assertively.

Job Summary:

• The ideal candidate will perform high-volume complex vendor maintenance functions to support the client and their vendors and ensure the company is compliant with IRS regulations.
• -Audit W-9 and W-8 Series forms - A thorough understanding of these forms is imperative.
• -Validate TIN Matching and OFAC Review
• -Maintains high accuracy level on all vendor/bank set up entries
• -Adapts to day-to-day and unexpected situations.
• -Intermediate to advance Excel experience
