We are seeking to hire an experience Royalty Analyst for immediate hire. The Royalty Analyst will prepare and analyze royalty statements, royalty reporting and assist in forecasting. Only applications with Royalty experience will be interviewed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage royalty reporting for all licensing partners

Prepare and review royalty statements

Summarize and analyze of royalties against contracts per license and contract term

Ensure completeness and accuracy of royalty reports

Assist in forecasting and other financial reporting

Maintain meticulous accounting records

Job Requirements:

Financial background with at least 5 years of experience

Must have experience with royalty reporting/statements

Must possess the following traits:

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent analytic, problem-solving and communication skills,

Must be extremely deadline-oriented

Good written and oral communication skills, ability to coordinate with personnel across the organization

Possess great time management skills and be well organized

Methodical approach

Ability to work with limited supervision

Ability to prepare reports in an accurate and concise manner

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
