    Job Description

    Real Estate company is seeking to hire an Investment Relations Analyst. The ideal candidate would 3-5 years maximum investing banking relations of experience. The Investment Relations Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting all aspects of the investment process, including researching, preparing investment reports, create PowerPoint presentation, and work with Investment Managers to coordinate investment reporting and other aspects of portfolio management. Excellent communication skills and academics are required. Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Investor Relations Manager
    • Serving as the firm's liaison with an existing and prospective investor, providing exceptional and timely investor service and effective internal and external communication
    • Responsibility for coordinating business development initiatives, client meetings, on-site meetings, conference calls, and investor events
    • Assist with researching and tracking prospective and existing investors
    • Update and maintain existing and investor details in the CRM system
    • Run and maintain various investor data reports in CRM
    • Assist with maintaining records, project logs, and reference guides (e.g., operational due diligence binder, policies, and procedures manual)
    • Develop a solid understanding of our investment strategies and offerings
    • Craft presentations, investor letters, due diligence materials, and other forms of investor communication
    • Maintain a database of frequently asked questions and standard responses to investor inquiries

    Candidate Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in investor relations, investment, or operations role supporting investor relations at an Administrator, banking, Private Equity, or another type of investment firm (private market knowledge a plus but not required).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Advance Powerpoint experience
