    Are you a savvy, technical trouble-shooter who likes to help others resolve their PC difficulties and IT-related issues? Do you have experience with Windows Migration? Do you provide excellent support over the phone and in-person?     Job Duties:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced hardware, software, network, or mobile device problems?
    • Continuously hone your technical expertise and stay up-to-date on the latest technologies?
    • Provide excellent customer service while resolving customer issues in a timely manner?

    Must-Have

    • 3+ years’ experience with information systems, processes and procedures, and knowledge of current hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
    • Extensive knowledge of personal computers, printers, other peripheral equipment, Microsoft products such as Windows 7/8/10, Office 365, and other applicable enterprise software?
    • Awesome customer service techniques, and can keep a cool head with frustrated callers and/or stressful conditions?
    • The strong ability to present and explain technical information to a non-technical audience, and effectively communicate orally and in writing in the English language with all levels of staff?
    • Monitoring daily network activities to identify and resolve continuing problems or unusual situations

     

    Client is going through a Windows 7-10 migration and are in need of a Helpdesk Analyst to join their existing team. You will primarily be imaging and building laptops. Plus doing tier 1 and 2 technical support via phone.
