    We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager with corporate experience to join our team and implement various human resources employee programs. The Employee Relations Manager will have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from employee conflict resolution. grievances, benefits, and employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law, and want to be part of a growing organization this is the place to be.

    Your role as a Manager st will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.

    The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

    Responsibilities

    Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and knowledge of of Navex Global, Workday, and EthicsPoint preferred.

    Responds to employee relations matters with a sense of urgency & make sure these are handled fairly and promptly

    Investigates all assigned employee complaints and cases as directed. Handles intake, researching the allegation(s), developing an investigation plan, conducting interviews and collecting employee feedback and data, and completing a written summary

    Compiles all investigation notes and data within the appropriate case management database (EthicsPoint and ER Intake). Analyzes employee relations trends with field and corporate HR leaders as needed

    ·Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives

     Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and worker’s compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

    ·Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

    Responsible for managing employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures

     Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

    Organize annual employee performance reviews



    Requirements

    · Proven experience as an HR Generalist with 5 plus years

    · Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

    · Great knowledge of employment/labor laws

    · Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus

    · Excellent communication and people skills

    · Aptitude in problem-solving

    · Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

    · BS/BA in Business administration or relevant field
