  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking to hire IT, Support Technicians, for a massive deployment project.  The IT Technician will. utilize your customer service and technology skills to support the IT departments in resolving the computer deployment process.  We will expect you to respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically, as well as perform the following duties:

    • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely fashion.
    • Document the deployment of computer equipment being issued.
    • Advise team of appropriate action.
    • Log all help desk interactions and redirect problems to appropriate resources.
    • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
    • Resolve current with system information, changes, and updates.
    • Set up, configure, and support current networks with deployments of Windows 10. 
    • Develop and maintain client systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
    • Troubleshoot network performance issues and provide resolution
    • Perform upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to users as needed.

    Qualifications:

    We are seeking a high energy professional who possesses a positive attitude as well as the following skills and experience:

    • 2+ years of IT field software and hardware support (desktop, laptops, peripherals).
    • Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments.
    • Experience with Active Directory.
