  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a WORKDAY Finance Lead to manage Workday system and business process configurations, system and data maintenance, and content management. The WORKDAY Finance Lead must have experience with WORKDAY Project Management and WORKDAY Finance Module experience.

    Duties Include:

    • Develop Specifications for new reports as well as build new reports
    • Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance;
    • Developing and generating reports and presentations containing insightful analytics;
    • Consulting with HR and external business stakeholders on technology issues, business requirements, and user adoption;
    • Managing Workday system and business process configurations, system and data maintenance, and content management
    • Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance
    • Developing and generating reports and presentations containing insightful analytics
    • Providing customer service, instruction, and support to system users;
    • Serving as a subject matter expert and resource to IT team members and external business units;
    • Supporting testing efforts in the implementation of technology

     

    experience required

    · Minimum four year of Workday experience: strong knowledge of HCM, Finance, Studio; Expenses and Procurement preferred

    · Knowledge of Workday configurations: business processes, condition rules, report writing

    · Experience with setting up integrations and troubleshooting issues strongly preferred

    · Demonstrated skills in understanding and adhering to policies, procedures and operating controls to ensure consistency and timeliness of execution;

    · Managing Workday system and business process configurations, system and data maintenance, and content management

    · Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance

    · Developing and generating reports and presentations containing insightful analytics

    · Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and

    · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
