Seeking experience Helpdesk support professionals with windows migration experience in a call center environment. You will be responsible for analysis, program, debugging and documentation; involvement in end-user support as well as deployment of support. Competent to work at high level in all phases of application systems analysis and programming.
Must Possess:
Impressive telephone etiquette and have excellent communication skills.
Be able to support call center
Experience with work on imaging and building systems.
Possess basic computer software and hardware knowledge.
Must have 2plus years of Windows Migration experience
Must be a good listener and should be able to multi-task at work.
Have ability to think fast and be creative to solve complex issues remotely and in office.
Possess excellent Interpersonal skills to work with other in close manner.
