Our client A Business Management Firm in Los Angeles seeks a full-time Royalty Analyst in their corporate office. We are looking for candidates with one plus years of Entertainment Residuals or Music Royalty experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track and organize incoming royalty statements
• Research and respond to daily inquiries in a timely manner
• Prepare royalty statements and allocations
• Facilitate systems to streamline the statement generation process
• Provide staff support
• Special projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 4-year college degree
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables and Linking)
• Accounting/royalty experience in the music industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities at any given time
• Ability to keep the information confidential
• Familiarity with royalty contracts and royalty calculations preferred
• Must be very organized and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated and with a desire to work in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS

EDUCATION:

• BA, 4 year degree preferred but not required

TRAVEL: None

Pay $50,000- $55,000 plus bonus
