    Position Description: The Sr. Sales Analyst supports the company’s Sales teams by managing the direct to consumer sale channel reporting and analytics, as well as company sales and inventory forecast. This role optimizes and develops business processes. This role helps identify, implement, and evaluate Sales efforts and growth opportunities as well as provides as needed support to other internal departments such as Customer Service, Production, and Inventory Control to name a few.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Researches consumer behavior, explores market trends, and helps identify opportunities with Sales team. Helps maintain customer feedback and outreach channels with Sales team.
    2. Develops and publishes various scorecards and reports for the ecommerce team, analyzing sales performance and reporting to peers, managers and leadership
    3. Updates and monitors the forecast on a regular basis. Informs management personnel of any critical issues.
    4. Updates reports such as direct to consumer reports, large customer reports, coupon reports and ad reports to name a few.
    5. Performs interactive sales work for Direct To Consumer to gauge JFI’s product/service performance and sales intelligence.
    6. Performs any other related duties as may be required.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must have Advanced Working knowledge of Excel
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields; MBA preferred
    • Strong analytical and project management skills
    • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
    • Must be proficient with Word and Outlook
    •  Good written and verbal communication
    • Job Status: Full time / Exempt (Temporary Role) Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Flexible)
