e are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst with strong analytical skills, business data analysis, and modeling skills to join our corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team. This position will work remotely until the corporate office is open in summer 2021.

Responsibilities:

• The primary function is taking data from 48 properties, and inputting it into JD Edwards, then populating all the Tables (understanding “Tables” and how to load them is essential).
• Strong Excel and ERP Systems (JD Edwards is preferred, but any “Large” system experience will do).
• Reports into Accounting, but will work primarily from home (during Covid safety timeline, but will report to Corp. eventually).
• Detailed oriented and organized
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.
• Interview by phone first, then potentially a video interview.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of financial analysis experience

Experience with JD Edwards

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university in Finance or related area required

· Experience using Microsoft Excel including VBA, database connections, pivot tables, vlookups, if statements, etc.

· Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvement and standardization.

· Demonstrated ability to use analysis in a problem-solving manner rather than just as a caretaker, by developing new analysis and improving existing analytical methods.

· Outstanding attention to detail

· Strong work ethic and self-review essential to make sure analysis is ‘right first time and on-time’

· Self-starter with high intellectual curiosity and ability to multi-task/meet strict reporting timelines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
