    We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support our contracts division in a Union. The Contracts Administrator will provide general office and management support for employment contracts. You will support in creating correspondences, review contracts, update internal systems, Update managements on contracts, document review, and handle contact implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Employment Law, document review, and/or working with employment contracts.

    Daily Tasks:

    • Making outgoing calls to Representative and Members upon request
    • Prepare and provide documents, reports, presentations, and information in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Review existing contracts and advise management on the contract rules.
    • Assisting in Member contact and follow up retaining to issues/projects
    • Organizing, filing, and maintaining documents
    • Review current contract systems and processes and recommend improvements in order to streamline processes and improve functionality.
    • Edit, proof documents were written by staff members. This includes letters, contracts, and forms. Etc.
    • Set up and maintenance of projects files (both hardcopy and electronic);
    • Scanning and copying documents;
    • Data Entry;
    • Answering multi-line phones;
    • Scanning and copying documents;
    • Data Entry;
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.
