JOB SUMMARY

The Snr Business Systems Analyst is responsible for guiding products throughout the company’s innovation process from ideation, prototyping, business justification, implementation and product launch. Develop innovative solutions to some of the industry’s challenging problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.

REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of business systems analyst experience required.
• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience (i.e. creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams) required.
• Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions required.
• Experience developing Internet products and technologies required. 2+ years of Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Metals industry experience
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing required
• Proficiency with modern technology work collaboration, agile and communication tools – Skype, Chat, WebEx, JIRA, Slack, Box, MSFT Teams, MSFT 365, Trello, VersionOne, PivotalTracker, etc. required
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and databases
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and XML
