Job description
We are a youth residential program providing professional care, education, and treatment for youth and their families who struggle with emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. We are seeking to hire a compassionate Treatment Manager to over see our youth residential program.
Essential Function of the Position:
Responsible for ensuring that the service needs of assigned youth in the NPS, including day students, are met through the delivery of treatment services, comprehensive case management services, and treatment program management in accordance with agency policies and procedures, state regulations and best practice guidelines.
Participates in the assessment of needs and services at start-of-care; collaborates with team, youth, guardians and placement workers in the development of individualized service plans; and continually reviews for effectiveness and revises as necessary.
In collaboration with the team, documents the plan via a professionally written, timely and comprehensive Individual Service Plan for assigned youth per agency policies, protocols and procedures.
Serves as the lead in addressing the service needs of assigned youth by assessing and evaluating ongoing service delivery; collaborating with the team in the development of effective intervention plans; participating in the Individual Educational Plan (IEP) meetings; and assisting other team members in implementing all plans in the milieu.
Qualifications:
Requires a Master’s Degree (MA/MSW) from accredited college or university and also a emphasis in a behavioral science with sufficient clinical units to be eligible to sit for the Board of Behavioral Science to do therapy. Also, one year related experience and/or training.
