Job Requirements

This position will require usage of SAP accounting system and
will include a high volume of data entry.

Support all the
branches in the USA. You will work closely with the Austria and USA Head
Office Finance team and under the supervision of the CFO.

Part of a National Head Office Team

Handle and input accounts payable/vendor invoices

High volume of data entry on a day to day basis into SAP (Financial
Accounting Software)

Responsible for accessing data in CW 1 and verifying shipment data
and accruals as necessary

Handle account reconciliations and must resolve issues with invoices
by liaison with vendors and appropriate branch personnel

Must prepare weekly and ad-hoc check run

SAP Experience

CargoWise Experience is a plus

Experience working in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics Firm
