POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a member of the Quality Engineering team, you will conduct end to end testing of key product features. You will collaborate with the engineering organization to develop and execute testing strategies, monitor app performance, provide fixes, and ensure smooth delivery of new releases.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design test strategy for existing and new features to validate software solution
- Execute automated test cases to identify app performance, usability, and hardware/software compatibility
- Work cross-functionally to address product issues
- Write and maintain automated test procedures on various platforms
- Collaborate with Development, Engineering, and PM team to ensure quality feature delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, adjacent fields or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years hand-on industry experience with automated and manual testing
- Have lead an API team
- Recent Python experience
- Automation testing experience with Web Platforms
- Experience using Selenium and Jenkins for CI/CD
- Performance Testing with JMeter and mobile testing with Appium are a plus
- Understanding of Python or JAVA
- Experience analyzing and providing test data analysis, statistics, test reports, and documentation
- A solid understanding of software product life cycles
- Ability to isolate defects effectively, as well as provide specific conditions for reproducibility
- Experience with agile test tools and methodologies
