Hiring Entertainment Accountants!! We are an entertainment studio looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst/Specialist with SAP experience. We are seeking an AP analyst with vendor set up/maintenance experience The Accounts Payable Specialist will get the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, hone their skills, and be an integral part of the accounting operations!

Responsibilities:

• Match, batch, and code a high volume of invoices weekly
• Vendor Management and account vendor maintenance experience
• Respond to external vendors regarding the accounts payable process including invoice discrepancies.
• Generate payments to vendors routinely and match all checks
• Reconciliations of expenses and credit card accounts
• Post journal entries into the GL
• Creation and maintenance of fixed assets
• Monitor account balances and prepare an analysis of accounts
• Assist with check runs
• Communicate with vendors on a daily basis
• Assist in month-end closes

Requirements:

• High Volume Experience
• 4+ years' accounts payable experience
• MS Excel knowledge (intermediate)
• Must have SAP software experience
