You handle pressure with ease, are fiercely competitive, and excited about the opportunity to join a People Ops team at a growing brand. 

AS AN OVERVIEW, HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING FOR THIS ROLE: 

• Recruiting remarkable talent with a focus on under-represented groups
• Filtering applicants while managing our job board and ATS
• Interviewing candidates through top grading and the A-method (WHO interviewing methodology)
• Managing a steady talent pipeline and building future relationships with strategic hires
• Scheduling 2nd interviews (and beyond) with Hiring Managers 
• Building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter
• Tracking recruiting efforts and results 
• Managing 7-10 openings at a time while providing attentiveness and urgency to all
• Continually growing your expertise in digital marketing as a profession

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc a plus
• Excellent ability to network with industry-related professionals
• Robust LinkedIn profile/following 
• Exceptional communication skills for interviewing 
• EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING SEARCH MARKETERS: SEO, PPC, CRO, PROGRAMMATIC, CONTENT, CREATIVE, MARKETING OPS, ETC. HIGHLY PREFERRED
