With strong inbound momentum in place, we’re hiring a high-performing enterprise seller to lead by example — owning strategic deals, shaping our outbound GTM motion through execution, and helping drive 3x+ revenue growth in 2025 and 2026.
What You’ll Do
Own new revenue — independently close mid-market and enterprise deals as a high-performing IC.
Build the playbook — shape and refine outbound sales motion by doing, not delegating.
Lead by example — your process, rigor, and results will raise the bar for future sellers.
Partner with SMEs and execs — help sharpen positioning and influence GTM strategy.
Contribute to sales culture — bring urgency, integrity, and excellence to every step of the sales cycle.
What You Bring
7+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in enterprise sales, owning complex, consultative deals with mid and larger companies at $250K+ ACVs.
Success in early-stage or scaling environments (e.g., Series A–B or PE-backed) where you helped build or proved out a repeatable sales motion.
Experience selling into regulated or operationally complex markets (insurance, fintech, compliance, healthcare) is a plus.
You execute independently, ramp quickly, and don’t wait for perfect enablement — especially when backed by light-touch SME support.
You come from an adjacent complex-sale environment (not necessarily insurance) and can credibly sell to CFOs, risk leaders, and operators.
You lead with urgency, own outcomes, and value clarity over theatrics.

Contracted revenue triples by end of 2025 and again by end of 2026.
Outbound becomes a reliable and repeatable driver of booked business.
Key accounts close through a consultative, founder-caliber sales approach.
Sales playbooks and messaging sharpen based on what you prove out in the market.
Your success lays the foundation for future hires and possible leadership growth.
Location
Culture is in-person friendly but not office-rigid. NYC-based preferred, or willing to travel regularly to HQ if outside the region. Need to be CT or ET based.
