  • Responsibilities

    HCT seeks an experienced compliance professional to serve as the Interim Director of Compliance for a healthcare system in the southwestern US. Responsibilities include:

    • Develop compliance program infrastructure and governance, including board reporting, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and presentation of monthly compliance reports to the Board of Directors.
    • Lead the organization's compliance program by completing and enhancing compliance policies, procedures, education initiatives, and audit activities,

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelors Degree required.
    • Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience developing a compliance program, managing audits, completing policy work, conducting investigations, and delivering board-level reporting. The position requires full-scope compliance expertise — not just clinical or survey/Joint Commission compliance, but broader organizational compliance including complaint investigations.
    • Certifications: At least one certification in Compliance is required (CHC, CHPC, or CHRC)
