The Opportunity
This role will engage with customers, internal teams and executive leadership to aggregate , synt he size, and strategically communicate insights from Adobe’s priority customers across the extended D igital Experience network. Creating a virtual feedback loop into Adobe’s Executive Leadership, DX Americas Sales, Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement organizations. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a communication strategy around our customer growth initiatives . It will increase the speed and consistency by which field insights are captured and communicated across the Americas DX organization. Driving initiatives to better understand DX customers’ priorities and identify the findings needed to ensure Adobe captures the highest customer wallet share.
What You’ll Do
This candidate will have the enterprise experience vital to discern key customer patterns and trends; developing strategic and actionable points of view to amplify across the organization and enable speed of execution. With demonstrated success standing up global customer programs across matrixed enterprise organizations, and a proven track record of fostering cohesion and dr iving strategic initiatives forward. This role is considered pivotal in helping our DX field sales gain customer insights and move with increased pace and knowledge as Adobe’s new generative services are introduced.
The role will work closely with the GM/ VP Americas Enterprise , Sr. Director of Americas Sales Operations, and Sales leaders in the United States, Latin America, and the Public Sector to ensure a clear understanding of Adobe’s DX strategy and team initiatives. This candidate’s customer acumen, program management capabilities, and strong communication skills will ensure consistent and timely customer information flow across the organization. Helping the team prioritize their sales efforts.
This role will also require a leader to create a series of targeted Americas Enterprise DX initiatives, with the goal to better understand and communicate our customers’ priorities while arming sales leaders more efficiently and effectively with real time customer feedback.

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in B usiness , Operations, Finance or related field
10+ years' work experience in program management, process management, process improvement or equivalent experience
5+ experience in sales execution or sales operations
5+ years of experience in communications, including stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level messaging
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $176,900 -- $323,350 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $223,300 - $323,350
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
