    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Operations

    Oversee daily school operations in alignment with The Goddard School® brand and licensing standards

    Develop and implement school policies and best practices

    Partner with on-site owners to drive excellence and strategic growth

    Staff Management & Development

    Recruit, train, supervise, and retain a high-performing team

    Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide coaching and professional development

    Foster a collaborative, supportive, and positive workplace culture

    Curriculum & Program Quality

    Support and ensure implementation of a high-quality educational program

    Guide teachers in developing lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and individualized

    Maintain a strong understanding of child development and instructional best practices

    Family & Community Engagement

    Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with families

    Provide ongoing communication about children’s progress and respond to parent concerns with professionalism

    Promote the school within the local community and participate in outreach initiatives

    Financial & Business Oversight

    Collaborate on budget development and manage school finances efficiently

    Oversee enrollment, billing, and financial reporting

    Ensure resource allocation aligns with program and business goals

    Health, Safety & Facility Management

    Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness

    Coordinate emergency preparedness and routine safety drills

    Ensure proper maintenance of the school facility

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field

    Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting

    Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum best practices

    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    Inspirational, hands-on leadership style with a passion for education and children

    Ability to manage multiple priorities with poise, professionalism, and positivity
