    ** THE OPPORTUNITY**

    Join the Adobe Experience Platform team, the foundation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. We’re looking for a Director, Technical Program Management with expertise in large-scale data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives, shape strategy, and drive execution in a globally distributed environment. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions that build measurable business impact.

    ** WHAT YOU’LL DO**

    • Lead technical program management efforts that align with Adobe’s business and product strategies.
    • Develop and drive the strategy for real-time customer data platform (CDP) initiatives, optimizing platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB.
    • Lead all aspects of large-scale, cross-functional programs in a globally distributed, matrixed organization, fostering strong partnerships between engineering, product, and business teams.
    • Lead program execution from strategy to delivery , defining key objectives, risk mitigation plans, and success metrics.
    • Work closely with senior leadership, including VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives , providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
    • Promote operational excellence , ensuring standard methodologies in data governance, security, and scalability.
    • Mentor and build a high-performing team of technical program managers.

    ** WHAT YOU BRING**

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
    • 20+ years of experience in technical program management , including 7+ years leading cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations.
    • Strong expertise in enterprise-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB.
    • Proven leadership experience, driving technical strategy and organizational transformation.
    • Deep understanding of software development processes , including Agile, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies.
    • Ability to adapt to change, make high-impact decisions, and balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • A data-driven approach , using metrics and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and certifications like PMP or Agile (preferred).

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $170,700 -- $315,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
