As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Operations.
Position Overview: The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our restaurant portfolio. This position requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in major markets, managing either multi-unit or independent restaurant concepts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, impeccable judgment, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure operational excellence across all restaurants.
Financial Management: Drive financial performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
Guest Experience: Uphold our commitment to exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
Concept Development: Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to innovate and evolve restaurant concepts that resonate with our target market.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with a focus on major markets and diverse restaurant concepts.
Proven track record of success in leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Bilingual is a plus.
Additional Information:
Locations: Based in Fort Worth, TX
Travel: Some travel may be required for restaurant visits and company meetings.
Compensation: Salary starting range $100,000 - $125,000, negotiable based off experience.
