Role Description: • Run Executive Steering Committee and Steering Committee meetings with CFO, VP Supply Chain • Set savings targets, manage budget/projections, track gainshare performance • Review and approve savings opportunities identified by the clinical and non-clinical managers • Manage the team — direct reports include managers, consultants, analysts • Client relationship owner — the "face of Optum" to the hospital's leadership • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to new business proposals

Required Skills: • 8+ years healthcare supply chain or consulting • 3+ years in a director/leadership role with direct team management • Has led multi-million dollar supply chain engagements or cost reduction programs • Comfortable presenting to C-suite (CEO, CFO, COO) • Understands both clinical (implants, med/surg) AND non-clinical (purchased services, facilities) categories • BD experience — has contributed to proposals, client pitches
