The Director of Agent Services is the day-to-day service and communications hub of the Market Center. The Director owns agent onboarding and licensing support, coordinates the training calendar, provides practical systems assistance, and manages consistent social media, marketing, and internal communications. The right person is organized, responsive, service-minded, and comfortable moving between detailed administrative work, agent-facing support, calendar coordination, and creative content. COMPENSATION $50,000-$65,000 + bonus potential Responsibilities: • Agent Onboarding, Licensing & Records Guide new agents through the full onboarding process, including licensing transfers, required paperwork, orientation, system activation, and internal leadership. Maintain accurate agent records, onboarding checklists, license status information, and required documentation. • Agent Service & Systems Support Conduct New Agent Orientation and clearly explain Market Center resources, expectations, programs, and services. Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day agent questions and follow issues through to resolution. Maintain frequently asked questions, resource guides, templates, and clear referral pathways so agents can get answers faster. • Training Calendar & Events Provide a professional, welcoming experience for agents, recruits, guests, vendors, and clients. Coordinate and maintain the Market Center training calendar, including scheduling, instructor confirmations, registration, setup, reminders, and attendance tracking. Partner with leadership to identify training needs, develop balanced programming, and use participation data and feedback to improve relevance and attendance. • Social Media, Content & Communications Promote and provide logistical support for classes, orientations, office meetings, recruiting events, and agent programs across email, social media, and internal communication channels.. Manage the Market Center's social media channels and maintain a consistent, professional posting schedule. Create, edit, and schedule content highlighting agent success, office culture, training, community involvement, recruiting opportunities, and important announcements. Capture photos and short-form video at office events, classes, celebrations, and community activities. • Leadership & Market Center Support Create branded graphics, flyers, presentations, email content, and promotional assets using approved templates and brand standards for agents and the office Participate in leadership huddles and communicate emerging agent needs, recurring questions, onboarding progress, training participation, and service concerns. Assist with recruiting follow-up, agent retention initiatives, care calls, event reminders, office announcements, reports, and special projects. Qualifications: • What We Are Looking For 2+ years of experience in real estate support, licensing, operations, customer service, marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a calm, professional service style. Excellent organization, follow-through, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred Experience Proficiency with Google Workspace and Canva; working knowledge of social media publishing and basic content creation. Active or inactive real estate license and familiarity with licensing transfers and renewal requirements. Familiarity with MLS platforms, REALTOR associations, DocuSign or similar transaction tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms. Experience managing business social media, editing short-form video, or supporting live and virtual training events. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
