  • Responsibilities

    The Director of Agent Services is a highly visible and impactful role responsible for managing agent onboarding, transition, and retention processes. As the "face of the office" for agents, you will ensure that every agent experiences exceptional support and a welcoming environment, from their first day to their growth within the Market Center. Responsibilities: • Coordinate all onboarding activities for incoming agents, including orientations and one-on-one meetings • Assist Team Leader with agent intake, transitions, licensing, and exits • Maintain complete and accurate agent records, following Market Center systems and checklists • Work closely with the Compliance Director and the Executive Leadership team • Send weekly communications announcing new agents, highlighting bios, and contact details • Organize and support Market Center events (RED Day, training events, BOLD lunches, food drives, etc.) • Serve as the go-to resource for agents, answering questions, connecting them to tools, and helping them navigate the Market Center • Attend daily leadership huddles and contribute to agent growth pipeline discussions Qualifications: • Exceptional people skills, with a natural ability to build rapport • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency • Proactive, positive attitude with a servant leadership mindset • Proficient in Google Workspace Enterprise , including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Gmail • Previous experience in real estate support, agent services, or a high-level administrative role is preferred • Knowledge of MLS and real estate compliance processes is a plus • Event coordination experience is a plus • Social Media proficiency Compensation: $42,000 - $50,000 yearly
