Financial & Perks:

• Base Salary: $140,000 per year.

• Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on catering revenue and sales targets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Revenue Architect: Own the sales cycle and strategic pricing to maximize profitability across corporate, wedding, and social segments.

• Team Mentor: Lead and develop a high-performing catering and banquet team to maintain our reputation for flawless execution.

• Relationship Expert: Cultivate long-term partnerships with high-net-worth clients and luxury vendors.

The Ideal Profile:

• 6–8+ years of progressive luxury catering sales experience.

• A proven track record of exceeding $ 8M+ revenue targets.

• Deep knowledge of the Napa Valley market (or comparable high-volume luxury destinations).
