We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Director of Client Care to serve as the central point of communication and coordination for clients throughout the listing preparation process. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where no two days look the same. You’ll work closely with sellers, agents, and vendors to guide clients through every step leading up to launch day while delivering white-glove service and operational excellence. The majority of this role is field-based, so you must be comfortable spending time at properties, meeting vendors, and managing on-site responsibilities. Reliable transportation is required. Compensation and Benefits: • Expected End-of-Year Earnings: $120,000-$150,000 (base salary + bonus) • Performance-based bonuses (after 90 days) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401(k) • Mileage reimbursement • Clear growth path within a high-performing team Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the pre-market listing process • Deliver a high-level client experience through proactive communication, follow-up, and relationship management • Guide clients through timelines, expectations, paperwork, and next steps from signed listing agreement through launch day • Coordinate all aspects of property preparation, including staging, cleaning, repairs, photography, and marketing readiness • Manage vendor scheduling and communication while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Conduct property visits and oversee on-site activities to ensure projects stay on track • Accurately enter and maintain listing information in MLS and internal systems • Review disclosures, compliance items, and listing paperwork with clients to ensure accuracy and completion • Collect and organize property details, upgrades, features, and visual assets • Coordinate showings and open houses in alignment with seller schedules and property availability • Track and support marketing efforts, including online and social media components • Handle vendor payments and maintain organized expense and reimbursement records • Partner closely with listing agents to ensure every property is fully prepared before going live • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency • Maintain accurate databases, records, and client files • Support team initiatives, events, and additional administrative projects as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma required; college degree preferred • Active California real estate license or willingness to obtain upon hire • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, escrow, mortgage, customer service, or client relations strongly preferred • Comfortable working in a field-based role with regular travel to properties and vendor locations • Reliable transportation required • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach • Tech-savvy and quick to learn platforms such as MLS, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Canva • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented • Professional, polished, and confident in working directly with clients • Team-oriented with a high level of accountability and follow-through • Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed to support team success Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 Expected End-of-Year Earnings
