Responsibilities: • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly • Be a "TEAM" player and cover your fellow co-workers to help our firm help our prospective new clients find clarity around and relief from the situation that brought them to the Firm in the first place • Follow up with PNCs who said no or are on the fence about hiring • Utilize a consultative selling approach when conducting sales calls to illustrate the "value" and "benefits" of our services • Update the CRM system with details of all interactions with prospects and clients in a timely manner • Ensure all necessary documents have been explained, signed, and completed by the client in their entirety before transferring the client to Legal. • Ensure you are using our "Visual Prompt" when in the intake meeting with the client. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Strong computer and data entry skills • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • Previous legal experience highly valued • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Proven track record utilizing a consultative sales approach • Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Proactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness, along with attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent • Strong Attention to detail!!!! Compensation: $49,920 yearly + Performance bonuses
