    Wolfe Design Build LLC is a boutique residential design-build firm specializing in high-end renovations and additions. We’re seeking a seasoned Director of Construction to lead project execution, mentor our field team, and strengthen production systems as we continue to grow. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who values craftsmanship, accountability, and an exceptional client experience. Compensation & Benefits • $150K–$160K base salary (based on experience) • Healthcare, 401(k) with match • PTO and paid holidays • Supportive, team-oriented culture with long-term growth Responsibilities: • Oversee 2–3 high-end residential projects ($250K–$850K) from start to finish. • Lead, coach, and develop project managers, field staff, and trade partners. • Maintain accurate scheduling, three-week look-aheads, and trade coordination. • Partner with in-house design and ownership to align design intent with execution. • Ensure quality, safety, and professionalism across all job sites. • Manage job costs, change orders, and invoicing to protect margins. • Improve production systems, workflows, and dashboards for scalability. Qualifications: • 10+ years of residential construction experience (design-build preferred). • Proven leadership as a Senior PM, Production Manager, or similar role. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Solid understanding of residential construction budgets and schedules. • Hands-on trade background preferred (carpentry a plus). • CSL preferred. • Experience with JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct , or similar software strongly preferred. • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented. • Local to Swampscott, MA (within 30 minutes). Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 yearly
