Responsibilities: • Oversee human resources programs such as employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and suggest enhancements • Play a crucial role in organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning, including business administration and budgeting • Lead the analysis of the company’s financial information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws • Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins to assess business effectiveness • Perform regular financial reporting, business administration, and keep all financial records up to date • Provide recommendations to enhance the financial health of the organization • Direct and conduct internal audits • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable • Establish accounting policies and procedures for smooth business operations • Prepare financial statements and bank reconciliations • Manage payroll operations to ensure timely payment of employees Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or a related field is required, while a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. • Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in finance or business management. • At least 5 years of work experience in accounting services, financial services, or a similar field is necessary. • Must have passed the uniform CPA examination from the AICPA and hold a CPA certification in compliance with state board regulations. • Strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) is essential. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. • Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal, is necessary. • Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems is a must.
