The Director of First Impressions (DFI) is the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office. This role is critical in delivering a world-class experience to agents, clients, and guests while supporting daily office operations. You set the tone. You create the vibe. You are the experience. Responsibilities: Front Desk & Experience • Greet all visitors, agents, and clients with warmth and professionalism • Answer and direct incoming calls with efficiency and care • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional front office environment Agent Support • Assist agents with basic questions and direct them to the right team member • Help with office systems, supplies, and general needs • Support onboarding experiences for new agents Operations Support • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages • Maintain office supplies and inventory • Assist the leadership team with administrative tasks and events Culture & Events • Support office events, classes, and meetings • Help create a positive, high-energy office culture • Be a culture ambassador for the Market Center Qualifications: • Positive, upbeat, and people-oriented personality • Strong communication and customer service skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, basic office systems) • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment Preferred (But Not Required) • Experience in real estate or office administration • Familiarity with Keller Williams Realty systems and culture • Event coordination or customer-facing experience Compensation: $27,500 - $30,000 yearly
