MG Law Firm is seeking a dynamic, professional, and client-focused Director of First Impressions to join our team. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a critical role in shaping each client’s experience—from their initial call to their arrival at our office. This position goes beyond a traditional receptionist role. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately • Schedule consultations, meetings, and maintain an organized appointment calendar • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and general office support • Maintain front office security by ensuring all visitors follow proper check-in procedures Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, administrative assistant, or related experience preferred • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
