    Keller Williams Chino Hills is looking for a bright, energetic team player who is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and takes ownership of his/her work. The Director of First Impressions is responsible for the front office, making sure the phones are answered promptly, and will greet customers with a smile as they enter the office. This person must be able to juggle many responsibilities at once, possess stellar customer service skills, and be able to learn/apply ever-changing technology. The ideal candidate must enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude. This position also oversees the office technology and communication systems, including support providers, helps coordinate new agent training, assists in organizing special events for the market center, and maintains building operations. Responsibilities: • Represent Keller Williams Chino Hills by greeting agents, clients, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner. • Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and office suite. • Manage the public social media accounts for Keller Williams Chino Hills (Instagram and Facebook). • Assist all Keller Williams Chino Hills associates as questions arise. • Assist in planning office community events, including but not limited to charity drives, awards ceremonies, holiday parties, and monthly social events. • Efficiently onboard and welcome all new associates. • Report to the Team Leader and Market Center Administrator. Qualifications: • Real Estate License preferred. Not required, willing to obtain a real estate license within 12 months of employment. • A positive attitude and deep commitment to relationship-building and customer service. • Above average phone skills and computer proficiency with Google G-Suite. • Exceptional technology skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and utilize them effectively. • An ability to be a team player who enjoys working with and assisting others. • An ability to perform multiple projects on a daily basis. • Have a take-charge attitude and be a reliable self-starter. • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. • An ability to focus, remain calm under pressure, and meet deadlines. • Motivation to be punctual, hardworking, and dependable. Skills: • Social Media Management (Instagram and Facebook). • Google G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Gmail). • Graphic Design (Canva). • Video Editing – Not required, but a plus. Compensation: $20 hourly
