Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard Qualifications: • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • Must have a food handling license • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred Compensation: $17.50 - $18 hourly
